What you receive

One review credit covers one football shirt. Revive Sports provides a human opinion of Genuine, Not Genuine or Unable to Determine, with written reasons and an assessment report. A Genuine result receives a revocable QR certificate. The review is based on the photographs and information supplied; it is not a guarantee, valuation or substitute for physical inspection.

Signed shirts and autographs

Signed shirts may be submitted, but the review and any certificate cover the authenticity of the shirt only. Revive Sports does not authenticate signatures, autographs, signer identity or autograph provenance. Confirming that the underlying shirt is genuine can be a useful positive sign. A Not Genuine shirt is a serious warning that any claimed signatures may also be non-genuine; even genuine signatures on a non-genuine shirt would normally make the item substantially less valuable than a signed genuine shirt. Use a specialist autograph authenticator if you need an opinion on the signatures themselves.

Photographs and timing

Most reviews are completed within one working day and complex reviews may take up to three working days, excluding weekends and England and Wales bank holidays. Revive Sports may request specific additional photographs. You have 30 days to provide them; otherwise the case may close as incomplete without a replacement credit. The service clock restarts when compliant requested photographs arrive.

Credits and Revive Pro

Purchased five-review bundle credits are tied to the account and do not expire. Revive Pro provides unlimited human authenticity reviews while the subscription is paid and active, for the subscriber's own normal manual use. Automated, shared, transferred or abusive bulk use is not permitted. Revive Pro costs £9.99 per month and has a two-month minimum commitment (£19.98 minimum), after which it continues monthly until cancelled.

Starting now and cancellation

The checkout asks separately whether you expressly request the service to begin during the statutory cancellation period. Before an administrator presses Start Review, cancelling an individual credit-funded case restores its credit or permits the applicable refund. Cancelling a Revive Pro case does not create a credit. After Start Review, that review has begun. A Revive Pro cancellation request made during the minimum term takes effect no earlier than the end of the second paid month; after that, cancellation stops the next renewal. Bundle refunds within 14 days deduct credits already used at the actual average purchase price. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Unable to Determine

When the requested evidence was supplied but no reliable verdict is possible, Revive Sports issues one non-transferable goodwill review credit valid for 12 months. A review paid with a goodwill credit cannot generate another goodwill credit.
