Eligibility and your promises

You must be 18 or over. If an item belongs to someone under 18, their parent or guardian must complete the submission and enter any sale in the adult's own name. You promise that you own each item or have the owner's authority to sell it; the information and photos are accurate; and the item is not stolen, counterfeit or subject to another person's rights. Do not send an item until Revive Sports supplies or agrees delivery instructions.

Valuation, offer and contract

  1. 1. Your submission is a request for a valuation, not a sale or binding offer.
  2. 2. Revive Sports may send an initial offer based on the photos and information.
  3. 3. If you accept, you authorise inspection after delivery. No ownership transfers at this stage.
  4. 4. After inspection, Revive Sports either confirms the offer or explains a revised offer/rejection.
  5. 5. A purchase contract forms only when you accept the final confirmed or revised offer. Ownership transfers when payment is sent.

Each initial offer is valid for 14 days from the time it is sent. It cannot be accepted after the displayed expiry, although Revive Sports may issue a new offer. Revive Sports may withdraw an unaccepted offer before expiry.

Delivery and risk

Do not send an item until Revive Sports supplies or agrees the posting instructions and delivery address. You are responsible for arranging and paying for postage unless Revive Sports expressly agrees otherwise. Pack items securely, use a tracked postal service and retain your proof of postage. The item remains your responsibility until it is delivered to Revive Sports. Tell us promptly about a delayed or damaged parcel. If you are sending from outside the UK, outbound delivery and any potential return arrangements and costs must be agreed with Revive Sports before you post the item.

Inspection, revised offers and returns

Inspection may consider authenticity, identity, condition, size, labels, alterations, completeness and whether the item matches the submission. If the initial offer changes, you may accept the revised offer or ask for the item back. Revive Sports will not treat silence as acceptance.

If no purchase is agreed, Revive Sports will normally pay to return the item to the address agreed with you. You will be responsible for reasonable return postage if the item's condition or details differ greatly from the photos or information submitted. You will also be responsible for return postage if the item is rejected as counterfeit or unofficial, provided it can lawfully be returned. Suspected counterfeit goods may be reported, and Revive Sports will follow any instructions given by the relevant authorities. Nothing permits unlawful retention or disposal of your property.

Payment

After you accept an offer, Revive Sports will take you to or may email you a one-time, expiring secure form to provide a UK bank account or PayPal address. Sellers using a payment account outside the United Kingdom are currently paid in GBP through PayPal; PayPal may apply receiving or currency-conversion fees. Contact Revive Sports before posting if you cannot receive PayPal payments. The payment destination is stored encrypted for 14 days from the time you submit it. If it expires before your parcel is received and checked, Revive Sports will ask you to provide it again through a new secure link. Do not put payment details in the valuation notes or send them by ordinary email. Payment is normally sent within 2 working days after the final purchase is agreed. You are responsible for checking that the payment destination is accurate. Contact us immediately if a payment appears incorrect; Revive Sports will never ask for a banking password, PIN, card number or security code.

Authenticity and liability

Photo-based AI and human reviews are opinions based on visible evidence and are not guarantees. A physical inspection may reach a different view. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed.

Privacy, complaints and law

The Privacy Notice explains use of contact, payment and item data. Questions or complaints should be sent to hello@revivesports.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this does not remove mandatory rights or the right of a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK to use their local courts.
