Condition details
Shirt in very good used condition, with lightweight polyester fabric clean and smooth throughout and no holes, pulls or stains found. Manchester United crest badge and Nike Swoosh are bright and securely stitched, and Vodafone front sponsor plus SAHA 9 Premier League name and number set are crisp with no cracking or peeling. All stitching, hems and seams are securely attached, mesh side panels intact, and inner neck size print plus woven care labels are clear and legible; collar and sleeve cuffs show light general wear from use and a couple of small loose threads are visible near the inner care label.
Description
Vintage Manchester United mens home football shirt by Nike in red with Vodafone sponsor branding and SAHA 9 Premier League name and number print, in mens size Large. Front design features an embroidered Manchester United club crest centrally on the chest with a white Nike Swoosh on the right side and a large white Vodafone logo printed across the centre on a ribbed red polyester body. Shirt follows the classic Nike 90 template with white panel inserts at the shoulders, a black trimmed V-neck collar, short raglan sleeves with black edged cuffs and red ventilated mesh panelling running down both sides and under the arms. Back panel carries white SAHA 9 name and number set with black outline in official F.A. Premier League style, including the lion crest logo and "/THE F.A. PREMIER LEAGUE/ FAPL 1996" detail at the base of the number. Construction includes shaped front and back panel seams and a straight lower hem, with lightweight 100% polyester performance fabric used for the main body and mesh inserts to aid breathability. Inner neck print shows the Nike 90 logo above size information for mens L, height 183 and GB size 42/44 along with "MADE IN MOROCCO" text, while the woven care label inside the side seam lists 100% polyester fabric composition, multi-language washing instructions and "KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE" wording. An additional inner product tag carries Nike style code F40901DHA 118834, identifying this as the Manchester United home shirt from the 2004-2006 seasons.
